Thomas Römer


Thomas Römer is a project partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. He has many years of experience in the holistic linking of individual diagnostics with appropriate personnel development, in coaching and in personnel selection.

As an expert in diagnostics in individual and group settings, he is frequently deployed in the context of strategic management development programs. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been active in the development and implementation of leadership planning games. Here, for him, the combination of diagnostics and individual development of competencies is exemplary.

He has about 30 years of practical experience in all areas of leadership development. Today, personal coaching and accompanying management in strategic decisions and changes represent an important focus.

He has gained further professional experience at Dieter Strametz & Partner GmbH, the Otto Group and Kienbaum Executive Consultants.

Thomas Römer studied psychology in Bielefeld (majoring in industrial and organizational psychology) and now works as a personnel consultant in Hamburg. While working, he completed training as an interview psychotherapist (GwG). Regular further training on various topics and collegial intervision are a matter of course for him.
