Thomas Lehment


Thomas Lehment is founder and managing partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. He is an expert in modular leadership training as part of strategic management development programs. He has intensive experience in interactively linking development programs through the use of online and face-to-face units. He is passionate about the hr-horizonte Leadership simulation, which he developed. A lively interactive training tool, most participants characterize it as a "highlight" of their development program.

He has more than 20 years of practical experience in all areas of leadership development and diagnostics. Leadership coaching and the accompaniment of top management in strategic change processes represent a content focus.

He gained professional experience at Kienbaum Management Consultants (partner and member of the executive board) and Harvey Nash HR Consulting (member of the executive board).

Thomas Lehment studied psychology (focus on personnel and organizational psychology) and lives with his family of 5 near Hamburg in Schleswig-Holstein. He is currently completing a multi-year training program as a psychological psychotherapist in Hamburg (Falkenried Training Institute). Various further education courses, e.g. systemic change management (Beratergruppe Neuwaldegg), reflect his continuous desire for further education and personal development.
