​Sophie Henning-Kulow is a consultant at hr-horizonte GmbH. As an expert in mental stress, the health of employees and managers is of particular concern to her. With her work, she supports companies in being successful and efficient without losing sight of the individual. In doing so, she pursues a holistic consulting approach, which is reflected in her trainings and workshops.

Ms. Henning-Kulow holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and gained initial experience in human resources departments of large companies. In addition, she worked as a freelancer in personnel consulting and accompanied the implementation of development centers and leadership planning games. Here she was able to discover her passion for interactive training and experience-oriented leadership games early on, in order to accompany and support managers in their development. At the management consultancy König & Partner she worked as a specialist for the analysis, reduction and prevention of mental stress and strain. In her current work with clients, she also focuses on partnership, places the individual needs of her clients at the center and sees the joint development of measures as a central component of her work.  

At hr-horizonte GmbH, Ms. Henning-Kulow has been working since 2018 and supports employees and managers in their professional and personal development. She is passionate about traveling, discovering the world and enjoying the diversity of nature. She is also active in sports and practices yoga.
