Peter Krumbach-Mollenhauer


Peter Krumbach-Mollenhauer is the founder (2003) and managing partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. He is an expert on the subject of management assessment, and then went on to develop central expertise in the subjects of leadership training and coaching and the targeted development of managers in change processes. Digitization is giving him additional impulses here. His pronounced passion is discovering talent and supporting managers to fill their roles with ease and fun.

As a consultant, he has been supporting his clients in personnel and management development for 25 years now. In doing so, he accompanies change processes of individual executives in business coaching as well as entire groups in leadership management programs.

He started his career as a banker at Sparkasse Düsseldorf, then joined Kienbaum Management Consultants as a partner and member of the management team after graduating. He then worked for Harvey Nash Consulting (member of the management board).

Peter Krumbach holds a degree in psychology (ABO focus) and is a Rhinelander at heart and lives in Düsseldorf. This can be seen in the fact that his events are characterized by humor and fun while learning. He is a family man and appreciates basic Christian values in his dealings with others. Accordingly, he always treats customers, participants and colleagues as partners and as equals. He has furthered his education in various diagnostic testing procedures, completed a coaching training (Constance Seminars) and delved deeper into systemic change management (Neuwaldegg Consulting Group).
