Nora Ast

Nora Ast is a project partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. She is an expert in the development of international talent management systems and development programs. In doing so, it is her concern to support managers in their new role and in coping with the associated challenges. This means equipping them with the appropriate "method suitcase", supporting them in developing the mindset required for the role and defining the first steps towards agile leadership approaches for themselves. Other focal points of her work include the topics of agile leadership, conflict management, resilience, and the facilitation of workshops and team processes.

Prior to her work as a trainer and consultant, she gained experience in international project management at a medium-sized company and in strategic HR work at a DAX30 corporation. Nora Ast is a business psychologist and systemic consultant and lives in Lüneburg. In her free time, she is a passionate rider and actively competes with her horse in the discipline of working equitation. It is important to her to design learning and change processes in such a way that they are as tangible and practically relevant as possible for her participants. Through the possibility of linking experience-oriented and reflective methods, as they are used in the hr-horizonte Leadership-Simulation, she sees it as a very effective method to pave the way for sustainable behavioral change.
