Marcus Carolus is a project partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. He has extensive practical experience and knowledge of the challenges faced by managers and executives at various levels. Over the course of more than two decades as Head of Human Resources in various companies, some of them international, he has managed employees, taken on project management roles and served as a contact person, sparring partner and negotiating partner for board members, managers and employee representatives. His expertise covers all aspects of personnel management, in particular the support of change processes, transformations and personnel development. 

His aim is to help managers and teams during change and transformation processes to overcome the associated challenges and achieve the goals set. He combines his expertise in the areas of management and change with his enthusiasm for helping managers and teams to recognize and develop their strengths and find suitable solutions. 

Marcus Carolus holds a degree in business administration and business education. He lives near Hamburg with his family. He is a trained systemic coach (certified DBVC IOBC), team coach and business mediator. He is currently being certified as a Lumina Spark consultant (personality development tool).
