Inga Kanehls is a consultant and digital expert at hr-horizonte GmbH. As an expert for digital topics, she combines classic face-to-face events with suitable online tools and thus lays the foundation for modern and interactive online training. In addition to her work as a trainer and consultant, she is responsible for the overall development of e-learning and the media conception and organization of training courses.

As a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology, Inga Kanehls already worked as a freelancer in a personnel consultancy. She gained her first experiences in the development and implementation of development centers, leadership trainings and management games and early on discovered her passion for the creative conception and implementation of seminars. The topic of leadership is particularly important to her and is a focal point of her work.

As a trainer for leadership and communication, Inga Kanehls supports managers and employees in advancing their own development and growing together. Her focus is on interactive and varied seminars with a high practical content in order to integrate participants to the maximum and ensure transfer. In her free time, she is passionate about traveling and cooking. She is also active in sports as an aerial acrobat and volleyball player.
