Ines Krause-Langer is Senior Executive Manager and Project Manager at hr-horizonte GmbH. She is an expert in international diagnostic projects and has gained extensive experience in accompanying feedback processes. Furthermore, she has versatile experience in the conception and monitoring of modular, sequential development programs for different target groups. In leadership simulation games, she appreciates the opportunity for self-reflection based on diverse feedback perspectives and the derivation of very individual strengths and fields of action.

Since 2008, she has been training employees, managers and junior staff in all areas of leadership development. She has also gained professional experience at 360°-Hochseilgarten Metropolregion Hamburg GmbH/Seminare 360°GbR. This is also the basis of her enthusiasm for team training and workshops.
