Ines Krause-Langer

Ines Krause-Langer is Senior Executive Manager and Project Manager at hr-horizonte GmbH. She is an expert in international diagnostic projects and has gained extensive experience in accompanying feedback processes. Furthermore, she has versatile experience in the conception and monitoring of modular, sequential development programs for different target groups. In leadership simulation games, she appreciates the opportunity for self-reflection based on diverse feedback perspectives and the derivation of very individual strengths and fields of action.

Since 2008, she has been training employees, managers and junior staff in all areas of leadership development. She has also gained professional experience at 360°-Hochseilgarten Metropolregion Hamburg GmbH/Seminare 360°GbR. This is also the basis of her enthusiasm for team training and workshops. In business coaching she individually supports executives and junior staff in their personal progress and is also active as a mentor. Another passion of hers is the development and support of diagnostic projects.

Ines Krause-Langer holds a degree in psychology (specializing in personnel and organizational psychology) and has been working at hr-horizonte since 2008. Working in partnership with clients and the joint development of solutions is a central concern for her. In her private life, she enjoys thrilling detective novels.

Her seminars are characterized by a high degree of interactivity, so that participants benefit from each other's experiences and feedback. Ines Krause-Langer is a certified ProfileXT™ consultant and is trained as a coach (FH) and in problem and conflict moderation.
