Edwin Bethge


Edwin Bethge is a project partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. He is an expert in aptitude diagnostics and a trainer for leadership, soft and life skills. He is passionate about positive psychology and the question of how personal happiness influences one's own performance. As a business psychologist, he views these topics in the context of today's working world and the different values of the generations represented there. In his trainings, he teaches skills such as leadership, communication, conflict management, dealing with change, or time and self-management. In doing so, he not only focuses on the leadership role in the company, but also links this content with values, attitudes and the personality of the learner. Because an authentic leader does not only lead in his role with methods, but as a whole person with heart and personality.

In trainings and the moderation of workshops, his professional experience enables him to take on the perspective of an external consultant as well as that of an internal personnel developer in an international corporation.

He is a certified LINC Personality Profiler consultant and provides targeted support for the development of junior managers in the context of business games or development centers and advises on the selection of applicants with competence and personality in the context of assessment centers.

Privately, he is a passionate board player and obstacle course runner.
