Dr. Robert J. Degenhardt is a long-standing network partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. As an expert for competence-based management diagnostics and as an inspiring leadership trainer, he is often on assignment for our clients.

Meanwhile, he has more than 30 years of practical experience in all areas of competence-based development and diagnostics of executives. He conducts trainings, workshops as well as assessment centers and is also active as a coach. He focuses on project and change management, as well as time and self-management. He is a certified Linc Personality Profiler, coach and trainer.

He has gained 15 years of professional experience in well-known German companies, mainly in various management positions. He worked for AXA Versicherungs AG as Head of Executive Development, for Bankhaus M.M. Warburg as Head of Human Resources and for Jungheinrich AG as Head of Corporate Human Resources Development. Since 2003 he has been working independently as a trainer, consultant and coach.

Dr. Robert J. Degenhardt studied psychology in Hamburg and in the U.S.A. (focus on clinical and educational psychology) and lives with his wife in Hamburg. He has completed various advanced training courses and certifications and is the author of several articles on the subject of leadership.
