Christina Buchholz is a project partner of hr-horizonte GmbH. She has many years of experience as an executive and management consultant in IT and combines modern leadership with agile practice and systemic thinking in her work.  She is concerned with sustainable connections between executives and teams, so that diversity of perspectives leads to common focus and power in implementation. Her work focuses on leadership development, expert and team coaching, conflict management and complementary consulting in high-risk projects. She is passionate about designing and facilitating results-oriented workshop settings.

Christina Buchholz holds a degree in business administration, is a systemic coach (dvct e.V.) and is certified in the agile project management framework Scrum and IT service management (ITIL4/ v3/ v2).

In her private life she is married, mother of two children and loves to travel in her retro caravan.
